ProductsHelioDynamics is manufacturing two new concentrating solar products. All systems are modular and can be scaled to requirement.
HD16 is an industrial unit, designed for mounting at ground level or on large flat-roof buildings. HD10 is specifically designed for roof mounting to provide building energy. HD16.t: one thermal module delivers 11kW heat up to 180C [356F] at 12 bar pressure: specification higher pressures, using steam or oil, temperatures <235C [455F] can be produced. HD10.t: one thermal module delivers 8kW heat up to 110C [230F] at 3 bar pressure: specification For 2009 delivery: HD16.c: one CHP module delivers 1.25kW electricity + 7.5 kW heat to 90C [230F]. HD10.c: one CHP module delivers 750W electricity + 5kW heat to 90C [230F]. All models are set to meet safety, certification and building code requirements for a 30-year low-maintenance life. This applies in aggressive, sand, dust and salt environments. All modules incorporate a hail protection system and resistance to 210 km/hr [135 mph] winds. Every installation is monitored by remote telemetry: this enables maintenance teams to make performance evaluations and identify faults on systems anywhere in the world. The designs facilitate best practice repair-by-replacement. |
