In June 2008, Energymixx AG, a renewable energy conglomerate listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange, acquired 100% of the shares in HelioDynamics Ltd in a share-exchange deal. Energymixx is engaged in the construction of large wind and solar farms in Southern Europe. The broader financial base has enabled HelioDynamics to manufacture and launch the new 2008-9 range of concentrating solar products. ********************** HelioDynamics will install a pilot solar air conditioning system at Albuquerque Airport, New Mexico, USA, in November 2008. ********************** HelioDynamics will install a 750 kilowatt plant in Athens, Greece, in January-March 2009.
